Management Policies
Fundamental to our culture of success is meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients through the continual improvement of our quality and environmental performance. Argon Isotank is therefore committed to implementing and reviewing the following objectives:
- Developing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and BS EN ISO 14001:2004.
- Ensuring continual improvement in quality and environmental performance through the setting, implementation and regular review of policies, objectives and targets.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with the requirements imposed through environmental legislation, best practice, industry standards (e.g. ITCO & Offshore standards) and others, including customers, landlords and 3rd party assessors.
- Training of the Argon Isotank staff to ensure competence, the embracing of new technologies and expertise.
- Developing and implementing effective operational controls to ensure the delivery of a high quality service and expertise to our clients in a timely manner.
- Adopt excellent environmental practices to identify and prevent pollution.
- Staff are responsible for meeting quality and environmental performance standards and are encouraged to identify improvements in operational practices.
